Table tennis enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the sport. Since 2026, Joel serves as Technical Director of the Federación Puertorriqueña de Tenis de Mesa (FPRTM) and Technical Director of the Liga Atlética Interuniversitaria (LAI) table tennis program.

Professionally, Joel is an Executive Recruiter with an MBA and over 8 years of experience helping organizations — from startups to Fortune 500 companies — scale their personnel operations. He brings that same strategic and operational mindset to the world of competitive table tennis management.
